     I have been a Realtor for over 20 years and as well as having been a busy company owner.

     In 2008 I was elected to Winnipeg Realtors Association Sales Division and from 2012-2013 I was Chair of the WRA's Sales Division of over 1500 members.  I also sat on the WRA's Board of Directors for a term and was also Chair of the WRA's Sales Division sub committee 'Gimme Shelter' and as such raised over $40,000.00 for Manitoba Real Estate's Shelter Foundation and created 8 new MREA Shelter Foundation Board Builders.

       I am a Canadian Museum For Human Rights donor and Shelter Foundation Board Builder.   These are just a few of the committees I belong to and usually donate over 30 hours monthly to various charities and fund drives supporting Human Rights and Shelter related organizations that not only provide shelter but also assist those in need with educational programs as well.

     Photographs are taken as soon as your home/property is ready for sale. These photographs are put on the websites once the listing is in place.  You'll want to make notations as to the "fixtures" and "chattels" that you wish to include or exclude in the sale of your property.

       

      Once all the above information is compiled, the marketing materials then the Multiple Listing Service Data Input Sheet can then be prepared. A For Sale Sign will be installed if it is appropriate (sometimes a property that is tenant occupied will not have a sign on the lawn). All the information will be added not only to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service database) for Realtors in Winnipeg but will be available for Realtors across Canada to cross-match with their buyers and it will be posted for public viewing on www.mls.ca and www.winnadair.com as well as marketed in the next available issue of the Winnipeg Real Estate News and through flier delivery.

       

       All showings will be set up through me so that you will not have to set appointments. I willl contact you with the best time for your home to be seen. i want to make sure that you are not inconvenienced in any way and will work within your schedule when showing your home.

       

       When I am notified of, or given any offers, I will contact you to arrange a time to bring the offers to you at your convenience.

       
       At that time will go over each offer with you explaining all the details so you can accept, reject or counter any offer.

       

        I can give you an outline as to what to expect.  If you need any more information or details regarding the title change, your lawyer will have these details.
